If you would like your character's animal to be present at Siegfried's clinic on the day of the attack and you're into a chance for said animal to get mentioned as flavor in the thread, fill out the short form below!
(If you'd like, at any point, to say a given animal was there for "not having to worry about it" purposes, you don't have to opt-in here, you can just do that. This is only to give me stuff to write about if you want your animal to get a featured cameo.)
Talin's been in the Gallows for a day or two by the time he actually has time to step foot in the stables. Long enough to have been assigned a room, signed up for a division, talked to the various leaders and busybodies who want information from new recruits, and gotten at least an idea of who works where and what jobs he can take on to best achieve the Dread Wolf's goals for him. It's all just about as dreary and human and Andrastian as he was expecting, which doesn't make it any less bothersome, but at least he was adequately prepared.

Looking forward to spending a few hours in peace, thenโ
and meeting the man Riftwatch apparently trusts to take care of their animals. He'd been referenced with some Tevene-sounding word that Talin almost immediately forgot, something with a v? Their Horse Keeper. Hard to imagine a shem caring enough about their animals to give them the proper care, but ah, there again: a thought Fen'Harel wouldn't approve of.
He steps into the stables and immediately smiles to see the horsesโthe bearded human there gets the same smile, but it is quite clear that the warmth in it is for the animals, not the man.
"Hi," he says. His voice is pleasantly deep, with the lilting accent characteristic of the Dalish. "I've been told a man by the name of Farnon works here, would you be him?"
Siegfried gets some satchels of nice tea, two as similar as Clarisse could get to your basic English breakfast, one that's sorta pepperminty and advertised as a nighttime tea. Along with the tea, there's a mug similar in style to this one, except instead of an elephant it's a nug... a nug mug.
